Join us on Sunday, April 30th 2023, as we transform our taproom into an intimate setting for an elevated evening of fine dining, beer pairings, education, and community.
We are beyond thrilled to be bringing back our Oak and Dagger Beer & Food Pairing Dinner and taking it to the next level! We will kick the night off with a welcome beer and mingle, then shift into a sit down coursed dinner featuring the fantastic creations of local chef Yia Vang & Union Hmong Kitchen! Each course will be paired with Dangerous Man beer. We will finish the night out with dessert and a barrel aged beer cheers.

LOCATION: Dangerous Man Taproom
TIME: 6pm-8:30pm. Doors open at 6pm for a beer & to mingle. Dinner starts at 6:30.
CHEF YIA VANG: One of seven siblings, Chef Yia Vang was born in a Thai refugee camp where he lived until his family resettled in central Wisconsin. A trained chef who started his career working as a dishwasher, Yia Vang worked at many top restaurants in the Twin Cities before starting Union Hmong Kitchen. Yia uses food to tell a story and believes that every dish has a narrative. Through sourcing what’s in season and combining local traditions with those from his family and cultural traditions, Yia brings Hmong flavors to American palates and invites people to change how they think about food by considering the influences in each bite.
